All About Eyes
my eyes get blurry and i get dizzy all of a sudden?
Most of the time when i wake up, I get up and all of a sudden i cant see anything, all i see is black and gray dots and i get really dizzy. After a while it goes away. I get about 8-10 hours of sleep, is something wrong? should i go see a doctor?
You probably have hypotension, also known as low blood pressure. Try getting up slowly. I know this sounds stupid, but your blood pressure is a lot higher when you’re lying down, so when you get up too quickly, it drops suddenly. Avoid alcohol and try to drink a lot of water. If it still happens every time you wake up, I would see a doctor and make sure it’s hypotension. Either way it would help to check!
